Bankruptcy: Our firm represents individual and commercial clients in bankruptcy proceedings, initiated by either an insolvent individual or business, or creditors seeking to have the debtor's remaining assets distributed among the creditors and, thereby discharging the debtor from further obligation or restructuring and reorganization of the insolvent's debt structure. Although not the initial approach, when work outs and negotiations fail, this may be required. Litigation within the bankruptcy case is a niche of the firm, but actually is merely an additional forum for the overall business litigation nature of our practice.
Business Law & Commercial Litigation: Our firm represents and advises clients who are, or might become, involved in a lawsuit or appeal as a result of a dispute, including prevention and settlement, in such areas as fraud, bankruptcy, contract disputes, business tort, landlord-tenant and commercial matters.
Contract Law & Litigation: Our firm represents individual and commercial clients in contract disputes initiated by either an individual or a business.
Construction Law & Litigation: Our firm represents owners, contractors, construction managers, developers, design professionals, and suppliers in all aspects of the construction process, including bidding and document preparation, contract negotiation and formation, contract performance, financing and warranty issues, mechanics and materialmen liens, and claims and dispute resolution.
Corporate Reorganization: Whether through a formal bankruptcy reorganization or through less formal compositions and workouts, our firm represents and advises business clients concerning efforts to restructure their business entity, and streamline business opportunities to assist in enabling that business client to cover debt service. Simultaneously, we represent business clients in their relationships with other businesses who are attempting to affect this same resolution of financial difficulty and distress.
Debtor-Creditor Law: Our firm represents both debtors and creditors, in and outside the bankruptcy forum, counseling them with respect to their rights vis-a-vis third parties. We certainly hope to avoid litigation while analyzing their respective rights; in those circumstances in which ligation is required, however, we represent our several clients in an effort to either recover the most possible or, alternatively, eliminate or reduce exposure and recovery.

Secured Transactions: The various attorneys within the firm assist business and commercial clients to determine whether a transaction should include security interests, create and protect various security interests and lien rights.
